Betsy A. Riley has been doing websites since the early 1990's when she volunteered with SCORE (the Service Corps of Retired Executives). Her specialty was getting small businesses up and running on the web.

Betsy's day job involves supercomputers and the federal government.

Author Betsy A. Riley was born and raised in Murray KY, where she attended Murray State University. She graduated with a double major in mathematics and computer science and some graduate work in mathematics. During her 35+ years at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Betsy was married four times and divorced three times (you do the math), raising four step-children. She also owned a ballroom dance studio in Knoxville Tennessee.

The Comet, Betsy's first book, is an illustrated fable about relationships and loneliness.
Street People Tales uses narrative poetry to introduce a cast of characters who form their own community.
Betsy has short stories and poems in two anthologies published by Blue Dragon Press. She is also published in magazines, e-zines, and anthologies from other publishers. Some of her work is under various pen names.
